People with well developed personal skills are easier to work with and contribute towards a productive and efficient working environment.

Amacus has created a range of workforce development training courses. The courses are designed to allow companies to create flexible training programmes that meet business and staff development needs. Companies can select one or more workshops from both the Performance Management and Personal Skills for Work portfolios.

This flexible programme can be tailored by Amacus to ensure that client key objectives, company policies and strategic messages are incorporated within programme delivery.
