Christine Murray, Managing Director

Christine Murray, Managing DirectorChristine has 20 years experience in Business and Management A highly motivated and dedicated individual with an enthusiastic and flexible approach to work. Excellent communication style with developed organisational skills to support contractual achievement and a proven track record which has been achieved over a long and varied career working in the private sector and as Director of a Manufacturing and Retail business Christabel & Keats Ltd and latterly Managing Director of Human Resource and Training services company, Amacus Ltd.

Responsibility for managing and developing Amacus Ltd, supporting her team of experienced personnel with skills range including both practical and strategic application i.e. consultancy, project management, sales and marketing, operational management, training & facilitation delivery, finance and people management. Management capabilities and reputation have been developed in line with company ethos of integrity and trust and a determination to succeed.

Licensed facilitator and advisor to the Performance+ and Management+ workshops, Investors in People standard and MAP (Managerial Assessment of Proficiency) ensures Christine is able to support organisations to improve their business effectiveness through their people.


Judith Donnelly, Sales & Marketing Co-ordinator

Judith Donnelly, Sales & Marketing Co-ordinatorJudith has over 20 year’s experience of Business and Management Consultancy in business, management and education/training sectors. Educated to Masters Degree level Judith has successfully advised, facilitated and delivered information, advice and guidance to a variety of organisations to improve business effectiveness and support individual development.

A licensed Facilitator and Advisor for Performance+ and Management+ Business and Management development workshops. Judith is responsible for the Sales and Marketing function within Amacus Ltd.


Tania Morrison, Project Co-ordinatorTania Morrison, Project Co-ordinator

Educated to MBA level, Tania has 20 years business and management experience. Tania specialises in HR Consultancy and is a Professional Life Coach and Mentor. Tania is responsible for project managing initiatives and provides guidance and support to our clients in relation to Human Resource queries.


Kirstie Fuller, Administration Co-ordinatorKirstie Fuller, Administration Co-ordinator

Kirstie provides administrative support and co-ordinates activity to meet the needs of Amacus team members and our customers.


Louise Allen, Events Co-ordinator

Louise is responsible for ensuring the environment we select to run our workshops is suitable for pupose, liaising closely with conference facilitied providers and with our administration team to plan for effective and smooth running of events.

Ian Harrington, Associate of Amacus Ltd

Ian has 30 years experience within the Fire Service and is trained to a high level in relation to Health and Safety. He provides support and guidance to our customers and conducts Health & Safety audits, develops action plans, carries out risk assessments and works closely with our clients to ensure they meet their legal requirements.

Ian is qualified to NEBOSH certificate standard


Steve Cave, Associate of Amacus LtdSteve Cave, Associate of Amacus Ltd

Fellow of Chartered Institute of Personnel and Development, Steve has over 20 year experience as a qualified HRM practitioner.  Steve developed his extensive knowledge whilst working for ACAS and as Deputy Director of the Small Business Service; he provides HR consultancy support to our clients and delivers our HR specific workshops.

Educated to Master Degree level Sandra is a Trainer and licensed IIP Assessor and Advisor. Sandra facilitates and advises on the Performance+ and Management+ business development programmes.
