Diagnostic Assessment
Amacus has a variety of diagnostic tools which can support companies to assess both the company and individual needs in line with the vision, direction and goals of the organisation and include:
- Leadership & Management diagnostic assessment tool. This assessment tool is centred on the management and leadership you currently have within your organisation. There are distinct differences between the two and both are required to build a successful business.
- WAYN (Where are you now). This tools provides an analysis of your company’s current business position in relation to the Investor in People current standard.
- MAP (Managerial Assessment of Proficiency). This tool supports Directors and senior managers of organisations to assess their managerial competencies.
- TNA (Training Needs Analysis). This tool supports companies to analyse the training needs of all personnel across the business in line with company direction and goals.
Assessments are conducted either on a 1:1 basis or as a group depending on the preference of individual companies. All assessments are analysed and results produced in a fully comprehensive report supported by graphical illustrations to feedback to the clients. An action is then compiled to meet the identified needs.
Management Coaching
At Amacus we firmly believe that your people are your greatest asset. Employees who receive encouragement, support and guidance at work are happier, motivated and more productive, so it makes practical sense for employers to provide managers and employees with the support they need.
Coaching can be used as either a professional or personal development tool and is particularly successful when used for performance enhancement or to solve a performance issue. We focus on the individual to provide the support they need, using coaching to enhance morale, motivation and productivity. This results in a two-way relationship with both the organisation and the employee gaining significant benefits.
Our bespoke coaching solutions are designed around the needs of both the organisation and the individual and can be carried out either on a 1:1 basis or in a group situation and include:
- Performance coaching Helpful for someone who might be struggling with their role/responsibilities or for someone recently promoted into a new position.
- Skills coaching Delivered in the “live” environment of the organisation and is particularly useful where an employee needs to develop their skills and confidence in activities such as recruitment, appraisals, performance management and giving presentations.
- Personal coaching Managers or employees may be struggling to achieve a sensible work/life balance or become stressed or de-motivated at work. Personal coaching offers employees a supportive and motivating environment while they explore how to align their professional lives with their personal aspirations.
Health & Safety
