P+ is a Group Business Improvement workshop series endorsed by the Institute of Leadership & Management (ILM). Based on 9 years experience the programme allows like minded organisations to come together and share their learning experience through a mixture of participative workshops, 1:1 activities, advisory and on-line support. It is designed to help company management teams to look at their organisation from 8 perspectives and optimise these areas to ensure ambitions and targets are achieved. An ‘added value’ element of participating on P+ is that it prepares organisations who wish to go forward for the Investor in People Standard. P+ has a 95% success rate of organisations achieving their business goals and objectives and demonstrating tangible benefits as a result of attending the workshops. In addition, Amacus personnel are licensed advisors and assessors to IIP UK which is beneficial should clients wish to go forward for assessment for the standard.

Post Recognition P+ Group workshops
Post Recognition P+ is aimed at those organisations recognised with the Investors in People standard to support preparation for Review against the Standard. As with P+ companies will benefit from improved motivation and commitment from their people, improved communications, the opportunity to network with like-minded organisations, confirmation of what you are doing right, framework of good practice together with personal and expert support.
